What’s in for you ?

A KES 15k Basic Monthly Pay
A monthly renewable medical cover
Continuous in-house Business/Sales/Peak performance training led by the globally loved guru Michael Flynn. You will seasonally interact with experienced sales and marketing pros like John Paul Otieno, the king of micro-insurance Luis Kinuthia, and our very own John Mbada.
You’ll set your own schedule and be mandatorily flexible to meet our management at the agreed times to review agreed/set KPIs.
A housing allowance within three (3) months after commencement if you’re indeed by proofs a rock star sales pro.
Access to modern work spaces/stations in each of the regions if you’re truly a rock star.
A 10% commission of the monthly sales value transacted by each account you close between its month 1-3 with FUNDIS.
A 5% commission of the monthly sales value transacted by each account you close between its month 4-6 with FUNDIS.
A 2.5% commission of the monthly sales value transacted by each account you close between its month 7-9 with FUNDIS.
A 1.25% commission of the monthly sales value transacted by each account you close between its month 10-12 with FUNDIS.
A quarterly 3% bonus of all business volume transacted by all your closed accounts.
An annual 5% bonus of all the business volume transacted by all your closed accounts.
Other continuous performance bonuses-you will be working alongside a team leader who strongly believes that sales fixes everything.
You’ll have access to cool state of the art custom build FUNDIS technology to see your sales stats, analyze performance, set sales targets and tap into sales/peak performance resources

Thousands of repairs, installations, maintenance, and construction jobs have been completed in the last two years by competent, vetted, and certified professionals for our customers in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, and Machakos who booked them through our FUNDIS platform.We have received and completed job requests from individuals, construction companies, realtors, hotels, hospitals, schools, churches, and even Airbnb hosts.
